*कश्मीरी पंडितों की मौत की जांच से सुप्रीम कोर्ट का इनकार*

🚩उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कश्मीर में 27 वर्ष पहले हुए #कश्मीरी पंडितों के #नरसंहार की दोबारा जांच के निर्देश देने से इनकार कर दिया है । न्यायालय में दायर याचिका में वर्ष 1989 में #700 कश्मीरी #पंडितों की #हत्या के मामले में दर्ज केसों में से 215 मामलों की दोबारा जांच के आदेश देने की मांग की गई थी ।

🚩मुख्य न्यायाधीश #जे. एस. खेहर और न्यायाधीश #डी. वाई. चंद्रचूड़ की बेंच ने #‘रूट्स इन कश्मीर’ की याचिका खारिज करते हुए कहा कि, इतने वर्ष बाद सबूत जुटाना बेहद मुश्किल होगा । ‘रूट्स इन कश्मीर’ कश्मीरी विस्थापित पंडितों की संस्था है ।

🚩इतना ही नहीं उच्चतम न्यायालय ने याचिकाकर्ता को फटकार भी लगाई । न्यायालय ने पूछा कि, आखिर पिछले 27 वर्ष से आप कहां थे ? हम अब इस मामले को नहीं सुन सकते । हमे ऐसा लगता है कि, आप ने ये मांग मीडिया की सुर्खियों में आने के लिए की है ।

🚩न्यायालय के इस सवाल पर याचिकाकर्ता के वकील विकास पडोरा ने कहा ‘माई लॉर्ड हम तो अपनी जान की हिफाजत के लिए भागे-भागे फिर रहे थे । राज्य सरकार कहां थी ? केंद्र सरकार कहां थी ? इन सरकारों को आना चाहिए था । उन्होंने कहा कि, न्यायालय भी तो स्वतः संज्ञान ले सकती थी । बहुत से मामलों में न्यायालय ऐसा करती है। वकील ने न्यायालय में कहा, ”आप पूछते हैं कि, 27 वर्ष से आप कहां थे, हम नहीं सुन सकते । जब आप 1984 दंगा का केस सुन सकते हैं तो कश्मीरी पंडितों का क्यों नहीं ?”

🚩हालांकि, याचिकाकर्ता के वकील #पडोरा की तमाम दलीलों को दरकिनार करते हुए #न्यायालय ने याचिका पर सुनवाई से साफ #इंकार कर दिया ।

🚩आपको बता दें कि 1990 में सारे कश्मीरी मुस्लिम सड़कों पर उतर आये थे । उन्होंने कश्मीरी पंडितो के घरो को जला दिया, कश्मीर पंडित महिलाओं का बलात्कार करके, फिर उनकी हत्या करके उनके नग्न शरीर को पेड़ पर लटका दिया था । कुछ महिलाओं को जिन्दा जला दिया गया और बाकियों को लोहे के गरम सलाखों से मार दिया गया । बच्चों को स्टील के तार से गला घोटकर मार दिया गया । कश्मीरी महिलाये ऊंचे मकानों की छतों से कूद कूद कर जान देने लगी और देखते ही देखते कश्मीर घाटी हिन्दू विहीन हो गई और कश्मीरी पंडित अपने ही देश में विस्थापित होकर दरदर की ठोकर खाने को मजबूर हो गए ।

🚩#3,50,000 कश्मीरी पंडित अपनी जान बचा कर #कश्मीर से भाग गए । यह सब कुछ चलता रहा लेकिन सेकुलर मीडिया चुप रही । देश- विदेश के लेखक चुप रहे, भारत का संसद चुप रहा, सारे सेकुलर चुप रहे । किसी ने भी 3,50,000 कश्मीरी पंडितो के बारे में कुछ नहीं कहा । और अभी सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी सुनवाई करने से इनकार कर दिया ।

🚩#हिन्दुस्तान का #हिन्दू आखिर जाये तो जाये कहाँ..???

🚩नेता अपनी सत्ता की खातिर #सेकुलरों के तलवे चाटने में मग्न हैं और इसलिए हिन्दू उन्हें दिखाई ही नहीं देते । हिन्दुस्तान के मिलार्ड भी आँख पर हरा चश्मा पहन चुके हैं, ट्रिपल तलाक पर उन्हें मजहब की चिंता रहती है पर दही हांड़ी और जलीकट्टू इन्हें मात्र खेल लगता है ।

🚩जलीकट्टू हो या दही हांडी की ऊंचाई, मिलार्ड सुनवाई के लिए तत्पर रहते हैं, लेकिन राममंदिर मामले में 'डे टू डे' हियरिंग की याचिका #मिलार्ड समय का अभाव बताकर #खारिज कर देते हैं, वहीं ट्रिपल तलाक वाला मामला छुट्टियों में चलाने के लिए मिलार्ड राजी हो जाते हैं ।

🚩राजनीति से तो हिन्दुओं की उम्मीद टूट चुकी थी अब #मिलार्ड भी #सेकुलर निकले ।

🚩न्यायपालिका बनी अन्याय पालिका...!!!

🚩1990 में मुसलमानों के गुंडों द्वारा मार काट करके भगा दिया जाने वाला मामला पुराना बताकर खारिज कर दिया लेकिन वही दूसरी ओर मिलार्ड #1528 में तोड़े गये #राम मंदिर के सबूत कैसे ढूंढ रहे हैं..???

🚩हिन्दुस्तान सेकुलर देश होने की वजह से हिन्दू हर तरह से लाचार है ।

कब तक बचोगे तेरा नंबर भी उसी तरह से जरूर आएगा जिस तरह से कश्मीर के बाद  बंगाल और केरला में आ गया है और तू उसी तरह से ख़त्म हो जायेगा जिस तरह से तू पाकिस्तान,बांग्ला देश और अफ़ग़ानिस्तान से पूरी तरह से  समाप्त हो गया !!!

I told more than 10 times in last 1 year that wave 3 is on and its minimum target is at 6359.

Last 15 sessions daily charts are indicating that rising wedge formations is under construction and its target is less than 6318.

I clearly mean to say that this posibility should be kept in mind that it is the demand of rising wedge formation that correction may start below 6318. If intraday charts of coming sessions shows distribution patterns then begining of correction will be considered because heated in overbought zone residing indicators are showing divergence also. Now rally is very much on and uninterrupted upmoves will be expected also and if selling develops within 6280-6318 then rising wedge implications will be discussed in details.

I am cautioning near the top of rally with this intention that euphoria develops in such type of situations of all time highs and people starts buying highly and trapped. Be careful,remain cautious and trade with appropriate stop loss. If selling formations will develop then I shall inform well in advance. Rising wedge formations will be kept in mind and final conclusions will be conveyed well in advance.

Expected that Sentiment will be heated today morning and Indian markets will trade almost whole day in positive zone after gap up opening but profit booking possibility will not be ruled out today. 6280 should be watched and if Nifty sustains above it in the coming couple of sessions and cross 6318 then new top formations will be seen without even any very short term correction.

Although Dow Jones closed flat yesterday but Asian markets are strong today morning therefore sentiment strong  and Nifty will trade first within 6090-6130 after positive opening. As minor support at lower levels after weaker IIP data yesterday therefore fresh selling patterns are must to break 6058. Good resistance within 6120-6140 also therefore Indian markets will prepare for next moves within mentioned range and final conclusions of next moves will be drawn accordingly. Intraday charts of first 3/4 hours will indicate for next moves preperations and conclusions will be posted accordingly.

Pre-Open Market Outlook(13-10-2010)

Indian markets traded last 4 hour unders the shadow of much weaker IIP data. Indian markets slipped immediately after IIP data declaration but Nifty got support at 6058. Minor support yesterday range is 6058-6075 but intraday patterns are showing distribution formations. As Nifty traded most of the time within 6060-6100 yesterday with lower levels intraday support and selling patterns at higher levels therefore firstly trading within mentioned yesterday range or near about will be seen today.


Next resistance range is 6120-6140 and if sentiment heated up due to global markets then today first trading range may shift to 6070-6120 also and in all the situations next trend confirmation range will be 6058-6140 and its break out will give next move confirmations.

In all the sentiments first expected range is 6070-6120.As distribution could not complete due to weaket IIP data yesterday therefore fresh selling is must to dip below 6058 and voltality within first trading range can not be ruled out.

Finally down move below 6058 expected but for final conclusions selling patterns wthin 6070-6120 are must and that will be drawn after first 3/4 hours intraday charts analysis. Let market prepare for next moves then final conclusions will be dawn and posted during trading hours.

Tomorrow outlook:- Nifty traded most of the time within 6060-6100 today. Sentiment dampened after weak IIP data today and minor intraday support was seen near lower levels today but intraday patterns are showing distribution therefore expected that Today trading levels will be broken down tomorrow after fresh selling patterns.

Bears knocking for Correction

Pre-Open Market Outlook(12-10-2010)


I told yesterday that technically market is not prepare to move and repeating same in following words today:-

All trends are up and very short term correction was seen after selling within 6150-6220 in last week and Nifty consilidated within 6070-6110 last Friday. Mentioned levels are supports and resistances and non trading zone(6110-6150) within it is next move preperation area in which Nifty traded most of the time yesterday. Expected that Nifty will trade first within non trading zone(6110-6150) and also possible that will move little above or below it according to sentiment during trading hours. Breaking out of non trading zone will be next move indication and forceful break out of 6070-6220 will be next move confirmation.

Obvious that trading patterns within 6110-6150 will decide that Nifty will cross 6220 to form new high immediately or correction will start first after dipping below 6070. My long term view is bullish and confirm that 6359 will be crossed finally and only it has to be decided at this moment that Nifty will cross amid on going up move or correct first and will cross 6359 after completion of correction.

Although Indian marketts closed positive yesterday but Intraday charts showed selling indications. Patterns not complete and follow up selling required today for next down move confirmations. As per my view Indian markets are mature for correction and that will be seen after follow up selling today.

Fast up trend of last 26 sessions has been broken after last week selling and it is strong indication of short term correction begining. Next support is near 6000 and if nifty break 6000 then sharp declines will be seen.Mentioned supports,resistances with trendline are clearly shown in followin daily chart:-

Today trading levels are as follows:-

6225- 2nd Resistance and not expected to test
6180- 1st Resistance and not expected to test
6150- Higher level of today expected 1st range
6095- 1st Support- lower level of today expected 1st range
6060-2ND Support- Will be tested after fresh selling development
6025-3rd Support- Weakness confirmation will mean its confirm testing.

Expected that follow up selling will develop today and correction will be seen after whatsoever good results from companies. Although US markets closed flat yesterday but daily and intraday charts of US markets are showing selling patterns and down moves expeted in US markets which  will become trigger for global markets sharp declines in this week.
