Pre-Closing Outlook(10-10-2011)

Whole day good intraday consolidation today and continuation of rally expected also. Nifty tested and trading between resistance range of 4960-5022 for the last one hour and sustaining above 5022 will mean strong rally.

Expected that Nifty will finally sustaiin above 5022 after more consolidations but sustaining above 5022 will be watched first for next up moves confirmations.

NIFTY is 74 Points up today and SENSEX is 250 points up today but when there was no up move cue and Indian markets closed at the lowest of the day on 05-10-2011 then we told for this week up moves: in following lines-

Post-open Outlook(10-10-2011)

Following line was told in Pre-Closing Outlook on 07-10-2011:-

"As mixed trading patterns today therefore Next moves confirmation will be sustaining beyond today trading range(4862-4922)"

Today first hour trading range is 4882.05-4914.75

Dow's Futures is more than 150 points up but Asian markets are flat mixed as well as Indian markets are also trading with minor gains. Intraday patterns are showing consolidations signals at lower levels today as well as finally up moves are also expected also. Sustaining beyond 4862-4922 will be next moves confirmations.

Pre-Closing Outlook(07-10-2011)

Dow's Futures is more 40 points down and all the European markets also slipped from intraday higher levels and now more than .40% down. Although Indian markets slipped from higher levels but intraday patterns are not showing pure selling and are mixed as well as support also seen at lower levels between 4862-4872. As mixed trading patterns today therefore Next moves confirmation will be sustaining beyond today trading range(4862-4922)

Firstly more consolidation and then continuation of rally expected in the coming week.

Post-open Outlook(07-10-2011)

We told only and only for lower levels at 4720 in all the last 2 months outlooks and never gave any level below 4720 and Indian markets rebounded exactly from 4728 on 04-10-2011.

As consolidation therefore we were expecting upmoves but down moves were seen due to crashing global markets. As soon as Global markets recovers then huge gap up opening and strong Indian markets seen today. We gave following resistance in Pre-open Outlook(07-10-2011):-

4879-4924(Gap of 03-10-2011)

Nifty is trading between 4890-4910 for the last 40 minutes today. Follow up buying and strong closing as well as continuation of today started rally expected after crossing of above resistance.

Pre-open Outlook(07-10-2011)

Strong Global markets therefore positive opening will be seen today but when there was no such cue and Indian markets closed at the lowest of the day on  05-10-2011 then we told 2 days before for today up moves and told following lines:-

1- In Technical Analysis and Research For 07-10-2011:- "whole day intraday patterns are showing consolidations therefore up moves will begin in the coming 1/2 sessions"

2- In Indian Stock Markets Closing Reports(05-Oct-2011):- "Intraday charts are showing consolidationa and up moves beginning are expected from next week"

Good consolidations as well as base formation was seen above this crucial level of 4720 in last 2 days and Global markets strong also therefore up moves will be seen today and following resistances crossing will be strong rally confirmation:-

1- 4830-4875
3- 4879-4924(Gap of 03-10-2011)

As good consolidations and base formations in last 2 sessions therefore firstly follow up buying and then Green closing after whole day positive zone trading expected today.

41 sessions lowest is at 4720 and consolidations as well as base formation seen above this crucial level in last 2 days. Although Red closing on 05-10-2011 but whole day intraday patterns are showing consolidations therefore up moves will begin in the coming 1/2 sessions and range bound character(4720-5229) of last 41 sessions will remain continued in the coming week.
