Nifty traded whole day within 5480-5502 with intraday charts selling patterns but US markets showed recovery yesterday therefore yesterday trading will be watched for next move confirmations. Move above 5502 will mean countering of next strong resistance range(5520-5545) and move below 5480 will mean very short term correction within 5350-5380.

Indian markets will prepare for next moves within or nearabout yesterday range therefore should be watched today for next move confirmations.

It was clearly told yesterday that:-

1- 5470-5495(Weak resistance and will be crossed within couple of sessions consolidations)
2- 5520-5545(Strong resistance and requires complete consolidations for its break out)

Expected that Nifty will open above 1st Resistance(5470-5495) and will trade within 2nd resistance(5520-5545). Sentiment will be heated after expected blasting global markets today morning and it has to be watched that whether profit booking being developed or not in today like heated sentiment. As Nifty will trade within or nearabout strong resistance(5520-5545) therefore consolidation and sustaining above 5550 is must for fresh strong rally above 5550.

3rd wave started on 13-07-2009 and since then from 3918 to 5550 new tops were formed without force with 4 intermedie term corrections because Indian markets were consolidating 2008 resistances within this range. Now no resistance within 5550-6000 therefore if 5550 is crossed by force today then fast upmoves upto 6000 possibility will not be ruled out and technically sharp upmoves upto 6000 possibility is very much alive.

Levels and its interpretations for today:-

Resistance 4- 5575 (Sharp upmove confirmation confirmation above it)
Resistance 3- 5550 (Higher level of expected trading range)
Resistance 2- 5520 (Lower level of expected trading range)
Resistance 1- 5500 (May be tested in consolidation & 1st weakness signal below it)
Support- 5448 (Weakness confirmation below it)

Firstly consolidations within 5520-5550 and then 5575 crossing seems possible within couple of sessions and Green closing expected after whole day positive zone trading today.

I told following lines last 2 days outlooks and must be kept in mind for next trend confirmations:-

Long term and Intermediate term trends are up. Short term trend is sideways between 5350-5550 for the last 37 sessions. Wave 3 is on from 13-07-2009 and its minimum target is 6359. No major resistance between 5550-6000 therefore Until Nifty does not sustain below 5350 till then any deeper correction can not be imagined.

Intraday charts of yesterday are showing consolidations and good support between 5350-5380. This range was already good suppot range and after yesterday consolidations more strenghtened. March 2009 rally is very much safe above it therefore has be watched always.

Very short term indicators are oversold therefore yesterday begun rally should remain continued today and expected that following resistances should be tested within 1 week:-

1- 5470-5495(Weak resistance and will be crossed within couple of sessions consolidations)
2- 5520-5545(Strong resistance and requires complete consolidations for its break out)

For today Support and Resistance levels are as follows:-

Support- 5384
Resistance 1- 5429
Resistance 2- 5454
Resistance 3- 5490

Positive opening and Green closing after almost whole day positive zone trading with minmum testing of Resistance 1 expected today.

US markets finally triggered global correction yesterday and after continuous declining US futures Indian markets broken down last 6 days range. Short term down trend and testing of 5351 is confirm now. Last 15 sessions move was the result of 8 sessions narrow range consolidations within 5360-5380 and sustaining below 5351 will confirm short term down trend.

Next supoort range below 5351 is 5230-5270 and if Nifty sustains below 5351 today then its testing possibility will be high because that will mean termination of 21 days slow upmove in 3 days and it will be strong down move confirmation. IF Nifty sustain below 5210 then Intermediate term trend will be down and then next levels will be discussed because it is strong support and its break down will trigger deep down levels in Indian markets.

Global storm is high and correction has begun therefore expected that 5351 will be broken down and next support range(5230-5270) will be tested and voltality will be high in the coming sessions.
