Pre-Closing Outlook(27-07-2012)

Following lines were told for today market which proved 100% accurate:-

"market require complete consolidations to sustain above 5110 as well as sustaining it above is not expected despite whatsoever strong sentiment today"

Although Nifty wae more than 100 points above today and traded at 5149.95 also but could not sustain above 5110 and slipped to 5077.50

Nifty traded whole day within resistance range of 5092-5140 with mixed intraday patterns and consolidation also can not be ruled out despite slipping from intraday higher levels.

Next moves confirmations will be sustaining beyond today trading range in the brginning of next week and should be firstly watched on next Monday.

Mid-session Outlook(27-07-2012)

European Central Bank president Mano Draghi's following statement blasted all global markets:-

"The Central Bank would do whatever it takes to preserve Euro"

All the Asian markets are 1% to 2%  up except SSEC. Indian markets also responded strong global cues and and trading more than 1.5% up today.

As genuine selling between 5092-5110 yesterday therefore Nifty slipped below 5110 and consolidated before decisive up moves today.

Strong Global cues led rally and sustaining above 5110/5140 will be decisive rally confirmation after correction completion

Conclusions from intra day chart analysis 

Although sharp down moves begun after 5 hours but we clearly told for selling in following line at  11:28:00 AM in Mid-session Outlook:-

"Intraday charts have started to show selling signals"

As strong closing in Us markets yesterday therefore sentiment will be strong today morning and Indian markets will trade positive after strong opening today.
