All trends are down and Nifty traded between 4946-5230 during last 7 sessions after 93 Points(5323-5230) gap down opening on 05-08-2011. Good selling between 5080-5225 during 7 previous sessions therefore this range is resistance and market require complete consolidation to cross it. Last minor support of last 7 days is between 4980-5020 and sustaining below 4980 will mean failure 7 days range and more down moves will be seen.

Most of the Asian markets are trading in negative zone today after US markets Red closing yesterday therefore sentiment is depressed today morning and Indian markets will firstly trade near about last support range(4980-5020). As Union Govt. is in turmoil due country wide agitation after Anna Hazare arrest therefore sentiment is depressed and slipping below 4980 will mean sharp fall possibility also.

आज अच्छी बिक्री के रूप में इसलिए अधिक फिसल संभावना आने वाले सत्रों में इंकार नहीं किया जा सकता है.

2 - डॉव फ्यूचर्स सुबह के बाद से 100 से अधिक अंक नीचे है आज.
3 - अन्ना हजारे और इस मुद्दे पर संसद स्थगन की गिरफ्तारी की वजह से घबराहट.

भारतीय बाजारों ने भी अच्छी बिक्री और उच्च स्तर पर अभी तक कोई intraday देखा समर्थन के बाद फिसल गया. उच्च राजनीतिक नाटक आने वाले दिनों में देखा जा सकता है और 5050 अगले नीचे चालें पुष्टियों के लिए देखा जाना चाहिए.

1- All the Asian markets moved into Red except Seoul Composite and Nikkei 225(minor gains).
2- Dow's Futures is more than 100 points down since morning today.
3- Nervousness due to arrest of Anna Hazare and Parliament adjournment on this issue.

Indian markets also slipped after good selling at higher levels and  no intraday support seen yet. High political drama may be seen in the coming days and 5050 should be watched for next down moves confirmations.

Last 6 sessions trading was on the back of most depressed Global cues but strong recovery seen in Global markets yesterday. As Indian markets were closed yesterday therefore Indian markets will react it with strong opening today.

1- Bollinger Band- Nifty is trading near the lower band of Bollinger Band for the last 6 sessions therefore suggesting minimum a Bounce Back.

3- Slow Stochastic and William %R- Very hort term Indicators are oversold and suggesting Bounce Back.

Conclusions (After Putting All Studies Together)

Very short term Indicators are oversold and indicating Bounce Back/Pull Back Rally possibility but Intraday chaers are showing strong resistances(5150-5225) at higher levels as well 93 Points Gap(Resistance) between 5323-5230 also.

Last 6 sessions range range(4946-5230) will decide next phase of Indian markets. Lower levels supports and strong resistance at high levels within this range. Indian markets are not prepared for its break out and Nifty will prepare within it in the coming sessions and its break out repercussions are as follows:-

1- Sustaining below 4946 will mean possibility of 2008 like fall because that will be confirmation of 14 months structure breaking down.
2- Sustaining above 5230 and crossing 5323(Gap) will be confirmation of good consolidation
and then Rally possibility will arise.

Indian markets will counter next resistance(5150-5225) after good opening today but complete consolidation is required cross and sustain above 5225. Expected that Nifty will prepare for next moves between 5100-5160 today and follow up moves between this range will give next moves first indication.

As sentiment is strong today therefore whole day positive market and Green closing expected but intraday trading patterns and crossing of above mentioned levels will give next moves confirmations. Next moves confirmation first range is 5050-5225.
